We do not provide services involving virtual assets; we act exclusively as technology intermediaries and system integrators. The regulated activity is carried out by a licensed partner institution, responsible for the custody, settlement, and transfer of assets. Therefore, all custody, settlement, and transfer of funds is performed by a licensed financial institution/partner responsible for KYC/KYB/AML/CFT in the jurisdictions where we operate. MON 3 technically integrates this infrastructure and does not perform its own custody.
The objective is to ensure transparency and security regarding the collection and processing of users' personal data, in compliance with Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD) and other applicable regulations.
